Privacy Policy — Contact and Newsletter
Draft: 27 September 2026
This notice explains how Music Engraving Studio handles personal information provided through its contact form and newsletter registration.
Who is responsible
Thodoris Panagopoulos, Music Engraving Studio, is responsible for this processing.
For questions about your personal information or to exercise your rights, contact:

Contact requests
When you contact us, we use your email address, your name if provided, and the contents of your message to respond and handle your request.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Where your request concerns a potential agreement for our services, processing necessary to prepare that agreement is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to our newsletter.
Newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, we use your email address to send news about our music, publications, services and projects. We also process records of your subscription and confirmation.
Newsletter subscription is voluntary and based on your consent. Registration includes an email confirmation step.
You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in our newsletters or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Providing your information is voluntary. However, we need an email address to reply by email or deliver the newsletter.
Service providers
We use Google Sites for the website, Google Forms for contact submissions, Gmail for correspondence, and Brevo for newsletter registration and delivery.
Email sent to our domain may also pass through Namecheap’s email forwarding service.
These services process the information needed to provide their functions. Their privacy information is available here:
Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Brevo: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/
Namecheap: https://www.namecheap.com/legal/general/privacy-policy/
International processing
Use of these providers can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Information about applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards is available in their privacy notices and contractual terms. You may contact us for further information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Retention
Contact correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up, taking account of applicable legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims.
Newsletter information is retained while your subscription remains active. After you unsubscribe, limited records may be retained where necessary to respect your unsubscribe request and demonstrate how consent was handled.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To make a request, email panagopoulosthodoris@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority:

Cookies and email statistics
This website includes embedded YouTube videos and portfolio content hosted on Google Drive. It also uses Google Sites and Google Forms.
When these services load or you interact with them, Google may receive technical information, including your IP address, browser and device information, and information about your interaction with the content.

Newsletter delivery is handled through Brevo. Our Brevo settings require recorded tracking consent for individual tracking of email opens and link clicks. Contacts whose tracking consent is unknown are excluded from this individual tracking. Subscribing to the newsletter does not, by itself, constitute consent to individual tracking.
Brevo may still process delivery and operational information needed to provide and maintain its email service.
